In 2020 we moved into the great and local venue at Matthæusgade, Copenhagen, and turned what once was a bakery into our new art kiosk, gallery, shared ateliers and headquarters.
As in 2022 we opened the new art kiosk, the Monday Studio Boutique at Gasværksvej 15, Copenhagen, we thought now was the time to make a proper gallery and voila, The first Monday Studio Gallery is born.
Besides what you see in the front room much more is happening at Matthæusgade 21. We are the happy helpers, giving 9 wonderful artists and designers the opportunity to work, shoulder to shoulder, inspiring each other on a daily basis. You can always try yell through the letter case and see if anyone is home...
