"Skal vi kysse om det" is an interactive photographic conversation project created in collaboration between the Danish photographer Yourself1sh and the Danish micro-publisher Art Monday. Now we pose questions about where we are in the world when it comes to consent - which is why on the evening we invite to an art talk with 4 talented debaters focusing on this very topic.

The project reflects on the tongue as a symbolic tool for communication. Through questions like: Should we talk about it? Should we speak about it? Should we bet about it? Should we argue about it? Or should we maybe just kiss about it? We explore different ways to handle disagreements and this time we focus on the importance of consent in communication.

We use our tongues to create argumentative or declarative sounds around us constantly, but our tongues are more than just a tool to make sounds. It can taste, it can feel and sense. It has its own way of perceiving and expressing emotions, which we want to explore and convey through the project.

With "Skal vi kysse om det" we therefore dive, through the themed photo exhibition, into the wondrous world of the senses and challenge our notions of meeting others; the way one relates to oneself, others, and the world, as well as the process in which one changes one's way of relating. Through a series of conversations, the project presents different perspectives on openness to each other, the courage to step into the unknown, and the ongoing uncertainty that we all carry. These conversations unfold in both words and images, bearing the possibility of arousing a deeper curiosity. And now we kick-start the entire curiosity with conversations about consent.

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: a talk/debate about consent. Panel participants will be revealed later.
