We're happy to present you to the second issue of the MUNCHIES magazine, starring a vast collection of visuals by BOB PETRA.

Munchies Vol.2 brings together 40 pages of visuals only - representing art works that move between colourful paintings, DIY image and something made out of pure instinct.
This is a publication rooted in process rather than conclusion, where repetition, fragmentation, and intuition shape the media as a whole.
Munchies Vol. 2 is part of an ongoing magazine series that treats the printed matter as a space for exploration. The pages are populated by figures, bodies, and faces in various states of transformation.
The visual language is raw and direct.
Bold colours, loose lines, and abrupt contrasts create an atmosphere that shifts between humour and unease. The work feels immediate, sometimes unfinished, and deliberately resistant to polish.

Bob Petra is an artist whose practice moves across art, tattooing, DIY productions, and spatial work. Rather than separating disciplines, his work allows them to overlap.
What ties the practice together is a consistent interest in process, material presence, and what emerges when control is loosened. The work does not aim to explain itself, but to exist as something you return to, live with, and read differently over time.
