THE FALL is the second collection from STORM//PETRA, the Danish duo of Vigga Storm and Bob Petra. It is a collection of clothes, a run of bags, a soundtrack and a book, made as one piece of work.

In between

Two creative practices meet in it. One works in three dimensions — construction, textile, the body. The other works flat — drawing, graphics, visual storytelling. THE FALL is what happens in between: printed artwork cut apart and sewn into garments, so a composition that could have stood on its own on paper ends up as part of a dress.

Made by hand

Everything is made by hand from remnant materials, in a small run, and nothing is repeated. What the material allows decides as much as the drawing does, and the imperfect is left in rather than corrected out.

The clothes are shown in an art space, but they aren't made to stay there. They are works that can be worn.
