3.1 

This page applies when you order something we make specifically for you — merchandise, zines, posters, stickers, and similar made-to-order items. Because these items are produced to your order, the right of withdrawal works differently than for ready-made items — see our Terms of Shopping for those.

3.2 

Your order is made "according to your specifications, or clearly personalised", as defined under Danish consumer law (Forbrugeraftalelovens § 18(2)(3)). This means your right of withdrawal ends as soon as we begin production of your order. We'll make this clear to you before you complete your purchase.

3.3 

If you cancel before production has started, we'll refund you in full — just contact us at hello@artmonday.net. If you cancel after production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

3.4 

We aim to deliver within 10 business days of your order being placed. You can also choose to collect your order in person from Monday Studio, Matthæusgade 21, 1666 Copenhagen V.
