2.1 

This page applies when you buy a ready-made item from our webshop — for example a book, a zine from a previous print run, or an original artwork that exists independently of your purchase. 2.2 

You'll receive an order confirmation and receipt by email once your order is placed. It's your responsibility to provide a correct email address, and to let us know if it changes.

2.3 

When you complete checkout, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the item(s) in your order — so please make sure you've read the full item description before confirming your purchase.

2.4 

We may offer discount codes from time to time. Where applicable, you'll need to enter the code at checkout to redeem the offer; codes are valid only within the stated period and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

2.5 

We aim to deliver within 10 business days, shipped via DAO, PostNord, or Coolshop. You can also choose to collect your order in person from Monday Studio, Matthæusgade 21, 1666 Copenhagen V.

2.6 

While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery can occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@artmonday.net and we'll do what we can to help. If delivery is significantly delayed beyond what was agreed, you have the right to cancel your order.

2.7 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us online. This period runs from the day you receive your item.

2.8 

To withdraw from your purchase, use the Returns function on our website — linked from our footer and from your order confirmation email — before the withdrawal period expires. If you're unable to use it, you can also send us a clear message at hello@artmonday.net stating which order it concerns.

2.9 

Once you've told us you're withdrawing, you have 14 days to return the item to us at Matthæusgade 21, 1666 Copenhagen V. You're responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we've agreed otherwise.

2.10 

We'll refund everything you've paid, including delivery costs (except any extra cost from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard one), within 14 days of receiving your item back — or of you showing us proof that you've sent it. We may withhold the refund until we've received the item, or you've documented that it's on its way.

2.11 

An item may exceptionally be excluded from the right of withdrawal if it's sealed, the seal has been broken after delivery, and the item can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
