Welcome to our Terms of Use. When we say "we", "us" or "Art Monday", we mean Art Monday (CVR no. 36578475), based at Matthæusgade 21, 1666 Copenhagen V, Denmark. These terms apply whenever you shop, book, or otherwise use our services on artmonday.net.

These terms cover our website as a whole — our webshop, our events, and our bookings, including tattoo bookings through BLÆKBAR. Specific parts of our business are covered in more detail on separate pages: see our Terms of Shopping for purchases of ready-made items, our Terms of Custom Work for made-to-order production, and our Terms of Booking a Tattoo for tattoo appointments. Those pages add to this one; they do not replace it.

By providing us with your contact details, you agree that we may occasionally send you marketing messages and updates — by email, or through any other contact method you give us — about our products, releases, and events. You can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

All prices shown on our website are in EUR and include Danish VAT (25%), unless stated otherwise. A currency converter on the site shows an estimated price in other currencies for your convenience — this is indicative only, and the amount actually charged is always the EUR price shown at checkout.

1.6 

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur — for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout; your card or account is charged when your order is placed, unless stated otherwise.

1.7 

From time to time we may offer discounts, promotional prices, or gifts. These are valid only for the period stated and under the specific conditions attached to them, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so explicitly.

1.8 

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of our website or services at any time, including specific products, features, or booking options. We'll always aim to keep any impact on existing orders and bookings to a minimum.

1.9 

If something is wrong with an item you've bought from us, Danish consumer law gives you a 24-month right to complain. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a refund, or a reduction in price. Please contact us at hello@artmonday.net as soon as you notice the issue. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can file a complaint with the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager og Forbrugerklagenævnet), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can find your local complaints body via the European Commission's overview: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or booking applies to that specific order.
